business while at the same time help make the world a better place.
Togetherness
People who work together and share the same goals achieve greater results.
They motivate each other and know that pulling together is more rewarding than going it alone.
Spirit
People with a can-do spirit have a winning attitude and never give up.
They are committed to do what it takes to succeed.
Passion
Passionate people have the power to change the world.
They love what they do, they believe in it.
They know deep down that they can make a difference.
Our collaborations
Fairtrade
Being fair and ethical is a fundamental part of how we do business.
By choosing certified Fairtrade ingredients we are not only helping
to create opportunities for farmers in developing countries to improve
their working and living conditions, we are also contributing to society
through investments in schools, healthcare and water supply.

In 2009, Oriflame decided to support the United Nations Global Compact.
The Compact consists of 10 principles regarding human rights,
labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption.
Although it is voluntary, it is the largest corporate
citizenship and sustainability initiative in the world.

About Direct Selling
Direct selling is a way to market products directly to the customer,
outside the traditional retail environment. Products are often offered
at in-home demonstrations, parties, in the workplace or simply shared
amongst friends and family.
By choosing direct selling as our distribution channel we cut out all
middlemen such as wholesalers, advertisers and retailers,
replacing them with independent Consultants.
This way we save money by shortening our distribution chain -
money that we then can invest into the compensation scheme
for our Consultants. It also brings us closer to our customers,
which in turn gives us a better understanding of their needs.
